Job Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Technical Operations Analyst with proven technical skills and experience in supporting infrastructure services both in the cloud and on prem.
- Maintain and support infrastructure services across server and networks.
- Support, implement and manage services in Office 365 and Azure.
- Monitor capacity and performance of all services ensuring maximum system availability.
- Respond and troubleshoot critical outages across infrastructure, in conjunction with 3rd party carriers and vendors.
- Ensure operational support documentation is complete and accurate.
- Working to identify improvements and upgrades to IT infrastructure.
Skills Required
- 2 years+ Cloud Services Configuration and Administration, Azure & O365.
- Strong technical experience of Windows Server Operating Systems and VMware (ESXi/vCenter).
- Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy and other Microsoft administrative technologies.
- SQL Server and Powershell experience.
- Exposure to FortiGate or other Firewalls technologies beneficial.
- SAN storage configuration and volume allocation technologies.
- Mimecast administration or similar experience with other email management solutions.
- Knowledge of Veeam or similar backup and replication technologies.
This role offers hybrid working - 3 days WFH/2 days office based.
