Job Responsibilities
- The focus of this role is maintaining and extending the IT Infrastructure, assisting in the delivery of projects and expanding the firms' offering.
- Supporting end users and actively improving their experience is paramount.
- Provide users technical support for hardware and software issues
- Work with suppliers and external developers to resolve problems
- Provide training on new and existing systems
- Maintain on-premises and cloud based server infrastructure
- Oversee system backup creation and integrity
- Collaborate with staff on projects eg new software deployments
- Problem-solve and advise on the use of technology in the firm
Skills Required
- Previous experience mentoring or training junior members of staff. Stepping in for the Head of IT.
- Supporting technologies - Active Directory/Entra ID Administration, Hyper-V, Win Server 2022, Azure (VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop), Windows 11, iOS Devices, Intune (Endpoint Manager), Autopilot, Microsoft 365 Admin (Office, SharePoint, Teams)
This role is fully office based.
