My client is hiring for a Security & Automatic Gate Engineer (also listed as an Automation/Security Engineer) covering on-site/mobile across Essex and London.
Skills required:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Key Skills Needed:
- Automatic gates, barriers, and bollards (essential)
- Analogue and IP CCTV systems
- Intruder alarms
- Access control and door entry systems
- Roller shutters
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site)
- Perks & Equipment: Company van (or car), company laptop, mobile phone/tablet, company pension, fuel card, and uniform provided
- Overtime & Rota: Overtime available when required; out-of-hours on-call rota (one week per month with standby pay)
- Checks: Full enhanced DBS check required, including BS7858 screening
