Practice Manager required to work in Westcliffe-On-Sea.
Job responsibilities:
- Submission of all new business
- Payment of fees & commissions to advisers
- Dealing with clients and payments & withdrawals
- Chasing providers for information
- Support for MD & advisers
- All accounts & banking in preparation for FCA reporting & Audit
- Compliance preparation & maintenance for CPD
- Specific client support & reporting
- Data input requiring excel & ideally intelligent office (Intelliflo) experience
- General office management
- Mortgage admin support
Skills required:
- Proven Financial Services experience essential
- Mortgage Admin knowledge
- Good Data Entry skills
- Office Management skills
- Great positive attitude and to be able to get the job done calmly
