MS Dynamics CRM Developer / Support Analyst - Fully Remote. This role is fully remote but would require you to be in a commutable distant of London or Hertfordshire or Surrey for occasional meetings only when needed!
My client are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM 365 Support Developer / Support Analyst. You will be working with the Business functional teams and Business analysts to provide 2nd line support, resolving incidents, issues, performing root cause analysis on the CRM system as well as undertaking new enhancement requests and applying system updates.
You will need to have the ability to translate and communicate technical information to non-technical Business Users. Agile methodology is used in the organisation to manage and deliver all system changes, therefore previous experience of using Scrum and Kanban would be preferable. There is a great emphasis on quality, security, documentation as well as systems performance!!.
