Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • As our Lead Cybersecurity Engineer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Microsoft security tools such as Intune, Azure, Windows, and Macs along with other leading tools for email security.
  • Your dedication to mitigating risk and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our sensitive data across all group entities will be vital to our success.
  • Harness the power of cutting-edge cybersecurity measures to protect our networks, systems, and data
  • Design and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures that are robust and in line with industry best practices and legal requirements that fit or can be tailored to our group entities
  • Conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments that will keep our adversaries at bay
  • Create and execute incident response plans that will ensure we emerge on top in the event of an attack
  • Keep ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, and recommend security controls to mitigate risks
  • Work with third-party vendors to forge alliances that will strengthen our defences across the group
  • Drive forward cybersecurity standards that meet or exceed industry best practices and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with the IT teams and business stakeholders to identify areas where cybersecurity improvements can be made, and champion initiatives that align with our strategic goals and legal obligations

Skills Required

  • 7 years of experience in the Cybersecurity/Technology field
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft365 security tools such as Intune, Azure AAD, Conditional access, and others.
  • Excellent knowledge of leading security tools for Windows, Macs, and email
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing cybersecurity standards and delivering change to existing technical controls

Hybrid working - this role offers 3 days WFH/2 days office based. Hours - 9.30-5.30pm, flexible.
