Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for being the first line of support in respect of IT queries
- Assistance and advice to all staff on various aspects of IT
- Dealing with set up arrangements for new starters
- Monitoring the availability of essential IT systems
- Setting up IT equipment for internal meetings
- Maintenance of internal IT guides and manuals
Skills Required
- This role would suit someone looking for their first IT role, or, has 6 months experience.
- Experience supporting; Windows 10, MS Office 365, Mobile Devices - Iphones/iPads, Azure Active Directory
This role requires someone onsite 5 days weekly.
