Job Responsibilities

  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our legal professionals and support staff globally are well-equipped with the necessary technological skills to excel in their role. In addition to designing and implementing comprehensive technology training programs, you will be responsible for managing a team of Change and Adoption Specialists across our global offices, ensuring collaboration and consistency.
  • Develop and implement technology training programs tailored to the unique needs of legal professionals and support staff in various global offices.
  • Engage with the business to undertake such things as training needs analysis and create focus groups to engage with the business regarding areas of training improvement.
  • Creation and delivery of training materials including infomercials, video and written guides to suit all learning types and to drive home adoption.
  • Mentor, guide and demonstrate excellence with the team of specialists, enabling them to grow, develop and deliver a first-class service to the firm at all levels.
  • Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and online resources to support technology training initiatives globally, ensuring content is up to date and relevant to our fee earners.
  • Attend such things as Change Approval Board to stay aligned to upcoming changes to ensure the team are involved and aligned to changes and their impacts on the user.

Skills Required

  • Experience of change management activities
  • Proven experience of designing and delivering IT Training to meet the needs of a wide range of users
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows 10, Microsoft apps and legal tools (ie InTapp, iManage)
  • Proven proficiency in producing and updating training guides, handouts and other materials to a high standard
  • Experience of leading or managing a team to success.
  • Previous experience in the development of engaging E-learning materials
  • Can naturally lead and manage a team of Change and Adoption Specialists located across all offices.
  • Can conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on legal software, document management systems, case management tools, and other technology platforms relevant to the firm.

This role offers hybrid working, although the firm are looking for an individual happy to work in the office as much as possible. Ideally, 4 days office/1 day WFH.
