Job Responsilbities

A Desktop Support Analyst is required to join our team in London and provide IT support to our 800+ UK user base. This is an exciting and varied role and will offer support across a wide range of IT services including Office 365 and Azure AD. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where each day brings new challenges.

  • Accurate and detailed logging of incidents, requests and problems.
  • Act as an escalation point for our 1st line support team, providing detailed investigation and analysis of incidents and requests.
  • Supporting the 1st line team during busy periods by providing a fast, responsive support service.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Provide support for IT and business projects, acting as a representative and stakeholder.
  • Ensure logging, tracking and updating of service management system via ITIL based processes

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Desktop Support/Service Desk Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Win 10, Azure AD, AD, MS Exchange and ITIL frameworks.
  • Previous Law firm experience would be an advantage or knowledge of legal applications, such as; iManage

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based.
