Claims Operations Manager required to work in London.
Job purpose:
This role is responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day operation of a Claims team by managing and motivating the claims department ensuring that service standards and targets are achieved and procedures followed.
The role will involve conducting reviews, undertaking performance management and keeping accurate development and training records for each staff member.
This is an operational leadership role and as such a high level of commitment and energy are essential, combined with a flexible positive attitude.
