Capability Adoption/Programme Manager required to work remotely with occasional travel.

Job purpose:
- My client's goal is to increase adoption of their platform and tools with internal users, whilst growing a new team Virtually.
- You while helping grow their modernisation journey, and as a result, strengthening their technology.
- You will be expected to shape, execute, a rollout approach to embed new operating models for IT organisations in multiple countries and across multiple continents.
- Achieve stabilisation of IT performance levels in each Country.
- Implementing Target Models.
Skills required:
- Experienced Programme Manager working with multiple teams globally
- Experienced at implementing new ways of working and tooling on large transformation programmes.
- Experienced at leading multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
