Applications Support Analyst / Business Analyst

Applications Support Analyst / Business Analyst. Based in Liverpool, Merseyside, my client has a new requirement for an enthusiastic Applications Support Analyst with the option of 2 days WFH. I am looking for someone around 2 years experience in a similar role with application support lifecycle and excellent communication skills. My client would also consider an Business Analyst skills with technical skills in SQL. Please only send your CV if your based in or around Liverpool or live within commutable distance.

Any experience of Oracle, Excel, VBA, PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, warehouse management systems and Agile would be highly desirable but full training will be provided!

You will be responsible for the ongoing support, management & evolution of the critical business applications.

Role involves:

• Supporting business in identifying & implementing new/existing technologies.
• Ensure the business is getting the level of IT support required.
• Identify & implement business process optimisation opportunities leveraging existing applications/available technology.
• Become an active member of the Business Systems Improvement Group to understand challenges & prioritise solutions.
• Vendor performance reviews.
• Provide monthly reporting to IT Applications Manager & MD.
