Job Responsibilities
- Supporting LAN and WAN equipment, Firewalls, VPN's and other network protocols
- Telecoms systems, including Microsoft Teams, fixed lines, video conferencing, mobile phones and remote devices
- Third line support for all Infrastructure systems when escalated from the service desk.
- Assisting with Infrastructure project work and undertaking independent projects when required.
- Change management experience.
- Maintaining Active Directory & Azure Directory.
- Managing Internal and External Storage.
- Setting up and Maintaining monitoring tools.
- Maintaining VMware environment.
- Security and encryption of all mobile devices (Defender).
- Assist the IT Manager with testing and reviewing of all IT contingency planning processes.
- Assist with managing backups, recovery and replication.
- Assist with restoring IT Systems and operations following a disruptive event (Disaster Recover)
- Assisting with On Premise to Azure Migration
- Understanding of SAAS Models and Cloud based solutions
Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 years experience at 3rd Line/Infrastructure level.
- Previous experience working in a law firm and knowledge of iManage DMS upgrades/implementations
- Cloud infrastructure experience, knowledge of on-prem to Azure cloud migration or SaaS based solutions
- Key tech - Azure, Azure AD, M365 (Intune, Defender), Win Server, VMware, SQL, Mimecast, Saas solutions
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days office/3 days WFH. Mon-Fri, 9.30-5.30pm.
