3rd Line IT Support Engineer. My client based in Newcastle are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer but would consider an experienced 2nd liner ready to step into a 3rd line role. Client will offer training and progression!
This role offers hybrid working depending on project work and is very flexible on working hours!
You will be responsible for performing in-depth solution research to assist with incident management or planned replacement or the introduction of a new product / solution. Supporting the production of technical specifications and / or solutions. Also supporting and advising colleagues from Service Desk roles when investigating incidents.
You must have some of the following:
Any SQL Server, Azure, Always On, Microsoft Certifications are a bonus!
Client also offers a one stage video interview process!
Please note this role does require you to have a full driving licence/car for occasional site visits/ being on-call.
