2nd Line IT Support Engineer. Based in Leeds City Centre, my client has a new requirement for for an 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. This role offers 2 day remote/3 days site-based working.
You must have 2 years plus experience within an 2nd Line Support/desktop support role with the ability to actually resolve calls and take helpdesk lead. You must have technical skills in Windows 7/Windows 10, Active Directory, Networking skills (DNS, VLANs, etc), Windows Desktops, MS Office, good problem solving skills, clear & concise telephone manner. Any skills in Cisco or SQL would be a bonus! You must also have a flexible approach to working hours as the role does requires out of hours support sometimes.
