Job Responsibilities

  • To provide technical support to users for all computer hardware, software and associated peripherals.
  • To log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries and to keep users informed of the progress.
  • Ensure that all calls are resolved promptly and effectively, working within SLA targets.
  • To redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of the IT Support team.
  • Monitor stock levels of IT peripherals, Monitor, docking stations, Headsets & Keyboard Sets
  • Managing various user accounts such as, email and other systems, ensuring that appropriate levels of security are maintained.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are functional and well-maintained

Skills Required

  • Looking for 12-18months 1st line experience, with at least 6 months within a law firm.
  • Skills - Win 10, O365, Ad, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, Mimecast, iManage, Anti-Virus, PC/Laptop Builds

After a successful probation, this role offers 2 days office based/3 days WFH. Hours - 8.30-4.30pm, Mon-Fri.
