Job Responsibilities

  • The IT Support Engineer is responsible for being the first line of support in respect of IT queries and to be able to deal with a variety of troubleshooting issues.
  • Assistance and advice to all staff on various aspects of IT
  • Dealing with set up arrangements for new starters (including activating directory accounts mailboxes and workstations, basic IT training)
  • Deploying new devices
  • Monitoring the availability of essential IT systems
  • Troubleshooting MFD devices and dealing with service calls
  • Setting up IT equipment for internal meetings
  • Maintenance of internal IT guides and manuals

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a 1st line capacity within a law firm
  • Experience supporting; Windows 10, MS Office 2016/365, Mobile Devices - Iphones/iPads, Azure Active Directory & LAN/WAN networks and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, VPN's
