1st Line IT Support Engineer. Based in London (nearest tube station – Chancery Lane) my awesome client is looking for 1st Line IT Support Engineer. I am looking for an 1st Line IT Support Engineer who has experience dealing with users over the phone but also deskside visits. You must have around 2 years within a similar 1st role with that experience in IT support over the phone/deskside and you must also be educated to a degree level. Please note this role is on shift basis including a WFH shift which is 14.00 to 22.00 after the initial settling in period has commenced. Onsite shifts include Monday to Friday covering the hours of 08.00 to 17.00, 09.00 to 18.00, 10.00 to 19.00.
You must be/experience in the following technical skills:
Any skills or experience in Backup administration and Linux Server administration would be a bonus!
I am looking for someone with clear/concise communication skills, excellent customer services/customer focused and also has the ability to deal with demanding end users!
