1st/ 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. My client based in Hemel Hempstead are looking for a 1st/ 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for an initial 2-3 months contract. Please note this role is 100% office based (offers no WFH).
Role involes the following IT tasks / admin (I do not expect someone to have experience in all of these areas but to cover most if possible)
- General 1st and 2nd Line support
- Network knowledge
- Google Workspace Experience (User / Administrator)
- Office 365 Experience
- Active Directory Knowledge
- DHCP Server
- Print Server
- Veeam Back Up
- Hyper V Servers
- MS Server Updates
- Imaging Laptops (SCCM)
- Managing Top Desk ticketing system
Admin tasks such as:
- New starter Process (Onboarding, issue new hardware and follow induction process)
- Offboarding users/leavers
- Setting up and maintaining ID cards
