1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. Based just outside to the East of Leeds but travel into Leeds city centre required as part of the role, my client has a new requirement for for an 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. This role offers 2 day remote / with 3 days site-based working.
You must have 2 years plus experience within a similar IT support/desktop support role with the ability to actually resolve calls. You must have technical skills in Windows 10/Windows 11, Active Directory, Desktops, MS Office, good problem-solving skills, clear & concise telephone manner.
Salary: £28k-£32k + £2k On-Call Allowance after settling in period + Benefits
Please note: There will be a requirement to travel to different sites to cover, projects, meetings, etc – Full driving licence preferred. You must also have a flexible approach to working hours as the role does require out of hours support and weekend work (You will be on call 1 week in every 4 or 5 weeks after you have settled into the role but you will receive an extra £2k on-call allowance).
