Job Purpose:
To manage in-house computer software systems and network connections, participating in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance. You will play a key role in the review and potential overhaul of the complete ICT system.

Responsibilities include:

• Deployment of workstations, Servers (Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2007, SQL Server 2000/2005), printers
• Management of all operating systems (Linux & Windows), Workstation connectivity, LAN (TCP/IP, Firewalls) and end user accounts (Active Directory)
• Perform network & security audits, backups & restores, resolve hardware & software problems,
• Capacity planning
• Analysis of all areas of permanence
• Recommend improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases
