To most seasoned IT Contractors all agencies are pretty much the same and are seen as a necessary evil. However LatCom intends to stand out from the crowd by forming a partnership with it's Contractors.

Far too often the margins charged by agencies are driven by the Client Company, and not by the Contractor. Preferred supplier agreements, if in place, do offer a good deal to the contractor; but if they don't exist, the agency will take full advantage of the situation and charge a high margin... in most cases, without the Contractor ever being made aware.

At LatCom this is not the case and the interests of the Contractor will always come first
